Unfortunately, I have deactivated my E-cas in January 2011.

Anybody knows, how to re-activate it?

sandeep you must contact the cic central office.you cannot re-activate by your own....

Q16: I have removed my application status from the Internet by mistake. What should I do to get it back on?
 
A16: If you want your application information to be posted again on CAS, you will need to contact us.

Click on contact us, a window pops-up with this idweb-tech-support @ cic.gc.ca and subject line saying CICNet Technical Problem;u can contact them thru the same window or send an email to the above id by quoting CICNet Technical Problem in the subject line.
