I am starting this thread to gain experience and advise from experienced people who have gone through the immigration process and after facing challenges they are now living a smooth life. I am curious to know that how should we prepare ourselves for upcoming hurdles right after immigration. Can we do something while living in our home country in term of qualification, distant courses, like what should we do in advance that could help us to settle as early as possible. I know that if I am living a stable life in my homeland, it would take years to have the same after immigration. But I don't' want to waste a day after reaching Canada. So please help me experienced people. Thanks in advance. Smiley
