I have applied for a study permit visa to the embassy of Canada,and I do not know how to pay the processing fee of my application the 129$?, and how to demonstrate my financial support (in which bank) for the embassy?
Shall I send him my passport or a copy of my passport?

I think you can pay online using your credit card. You need to print the receipt and attach the receipt to your application. As to proof of funds you need a bank certificate for that.

If u r applying in Pak, u can pay it in designated branches of Standard Chartered. U may also see their website. cic.gc.ca.
U can show account in any bank.
All docs, including passport, should be original
