how to pay RPRF?

I received my medical advise today and they were asking me to pay RPRF. I know I have to send it to Manila but do I have to include a letter stating my file number so that they will know who it came from? I don't have extra bar code sticker. So how do i send it to Manila?

go to ur nearest bank and then ask to the cashier you need to pay RPRF thrue manager's check.

yes, u must put the file number. i think its a sticker right? but if you don't have a sticker you must write it down the file number to the envelope, just simple like that.

ok that's what im going to do. i made a letter already and im going to send it tomorrow via fedex. im all set!

wait, do i have to include a photocopy of the letter that the embassy sent me? or just the letter that i made is enough?
