I overlooked the information about their instruction to pay the RPRF fee in the same letter they asked for medical reports. I have already sent the medical reports. I tried to pay the fee but the link they provided in the letter is not opening. May be it has already expired. I am very much afraid that they may take this negatively and reject my application. I would appreciate if anyone can suggest me how to deal with this problem.
Thank you,

Rohit

rjessome,
Thanks. The epay is available only if the applicant is in Canada. I think, from the US it is not possible.

Thanks,
Do you think, I need to write them an explanation/apology letter for missing the deadline? How should I explain the matter professionally in the letter? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Can't pay fees on line for overseas offices.  Except for family class.

Darn!  Well, the OP better get a bank draft ASAP and send it overnight courier to the visa office.

I would send one apologizing and explaining that it was just an oversight and that you hope it didn't cause them any inconvenience.  That's about all you can do.
