anyone knows valid example to overcome and justify dual intent?
concrete examples pls...

That precisely is what you need to do, justify your intention to come for a visit (temporary) having applied to become a permanent resident- your reason must be strong and compelling enough that you have to be in Canada at such and such period of time. Having justified the importance of your being in Canada for a temporary period, let them know that you don't want to jeopardize your on going application for permanent residency by overstaying your allowed visit.
