I plan to take the advice of many on this forum and organize my application in three envelopes. One for Application to Sponsor, one for Principal Applicant and the third for the supporting documents and pictures.

Having said that I do have one question. on the Sponsored/Partner Questionnaire my wife is asked if I provide financial support. We want to include copies of my Canadian Bank account showing the monthly money transfer and my letter of instruction to my bank to perform this transfer monthly.

I would like to put this behind the page that asks the question, page 6 and include it with the Principal Applicants documents so it is all in one place rather than including this with the supporting documents.

I also did this on the application to sponsor, I included the deed to my house in Canada and mortgage agreement attached to the page that asked for proof we will re establish in Canada.

Does this make sense?  To me just seems easier to understand and follow this way?

Comments much appreciated.

Regards,

Raymond

Income is of no relivence to sponsor but proof you are supporting her/him is always good, another thing that may help is to have him/her on your life insurance as the benificiary and the same with your work if you have a small policy through them.If you have many folders I would place them all in 1 container rather than mailing them seperately.
Remember what you write on your application & make photocopies and they may use the answers you have on your paper if they question anything at an interview-good luck
