Any one knows how to order CAIPS using cic? I am outside CANADA but my sister lives in Canada.

Please note that you have to authorise your sister for receiving the CAIPS or GCMS.
download the application form:

Step by step instructions:

Tick the box that says "I authorize Citizenship and Immigration Canada... ..., to release information from my case file to the following individual."

Complete your particulars 1 to 4

Give particulars of your sister in Canada 5 and 6

You sign.

down load and and let your sister fill the information.

Download this form and complete as per instructions on the form.

Send the completed forms duly signed by you,  to your sister in Canada. Let her complete her details, sign
and enclose a check( cheque) for CAD 5 (five) and send it to the address shown in the form.
