How to order CAIPS Notes ?

On 16th Dec 2010 one staff by the initials 'PPS' reviewed your file... u must've also got another BF'D the same day... u have MICROLOCATOR mentioned too, in that page of CAIPS.

c) - PA is the holding area & Microlocator, where your file goes for paper screening & micro-filming.

I have been looking for the meaning of HOF as well.

in my CAIPS its written that : Recvd letter dated 1 Oct10 from HOF with PoF.
     So HOF could be the applicant who sends a document after being asked by the VO, or it could be the mail dealing section of the VO.

PA  is Principal applicant, Captain couldnt reply what PA was, that made me really speechless :p   lol. nm. you're the boss.

1. PA here is not the Principal Applicant. It's a "Storage Area" where our files r kept in queue after being micro-filmed, post a PSDEC. The actual expansion of this Abbreviation hasn't been found yet... many put-it as "Put Away" location... some call it "Processing Area" -- but the fact remains that it is a Staging Location where the case file is kept on-hold, to be brought out of the queue later. And during this stage couple of BF'Ds go by too... being reviewed on those dates 'only' by a Section Officer of the concerned CHC.

...Here a simple explanation could be: "[Dear] LMP (initials of a VO's staff) - [we] received [a] LTR (Letter) of 12 Feb 2010 FM (From) HOF (Head of Family) [which was] enclosed with PNW (Personal Net Worth) statement and [its] proof." --I deliberately didn't place this explanation before 'coz it's a personal opinion & unsubstantiated.

I requested Caips in April. In May I got a report named the "FOSS Check" that includes my points and additional doc request list. In June I got another report includes the time history of file in Buffalo CIC (transfer date, received doc, change of address, RCMP check). There is no BF'D in both.

What do you think? is the Caips report changed?

It'd be FOSS reports for u 'coz u r an 'inside Canada' applicant. CAIPS is for 'overseas' applicants.

Check the VO's notes page/s on the FOSS records... the BF'Ds would be placed on top... unless u didn't receive the 'notes' pages. In that case query the service provider.

mostly in CAIPS it will be on first page even on all pages mostly the BFD's Date.
in mya caips note, I have my BFD's on all pages.

Sample: PAPER FILE SENT TO: A** (localtion) BF FILE TO: PPS ON 27-10-2011 (future date for PPS).

There is no BF'D on both reports  

In early June the local MP contacted Buffalo CIC. Buffalo response: in process, with the background checks pending.
In early July the local MP contacted Buffalo CIC again: Buffalo response:in queue for review (generic response to the MP)

Is my application going forward? the B/G check done? and now in queue for decision. There is SAP3;0091 @  @  @  @  @  @  @  on the report. What is this number?
