Hello, I have not received my CAIPS notes I requested and they got my request on October 14, 2011 and they charged my card on the 10th of November. I would like to know if there is anyone experiencing the problem I have. I applied before and I got my FOSS notes faster than requesting CAIPS on behalf of my spouse. Thanks, waitin_vain |

what we have to write under Visa Office section as my initial application before 1st AOR goes to sydney,nova scotia,canada and after that new delhi for 2nd AOR......as i am in India..... so what should i have to write in VO section --New Delhi or Sydney  ? |

It has to be NEW DELHI,obviously.
I have also applied for CAIPS NOTES through my elder sister who is Canadian PR holder. I am waiting for its response from CIC.

Thanx captian, I will order my caips by end of this month ( first january) by that time my application will complete exactly 6 months its now 3 months still my ecas shows RBVO!!!

U might not need either. The refusal letter is by itself quite explicit... your CAIPS might not add anything further. |

Difficult to predict the actual time taken by VO to make his decision...as that depends on the combination of the complexity of the application and the DESIRE of VO to actually finish off the file (actually the 2nd part is not true....that is just to self satisfy ourselves). What is important in your case is - that being a Pre-Juner...you file is being REVIEWED....that is a positive step.....
