Read the link in my above post. If you have a relative or friend living in Canada it would just cost you $5. If not then order through websites. These days everything can be done by email if you have a relative in Canada.

I give you a brief idea.

First fill this form, your (friend) requester will sign it.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdf

then fill this consent form and sign yourself

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5475E.pdf

If you want to pay by credit card go to section C of the IMM5563E form and pay the fees through the link given there.

Ask your friend to provide his Canadian passport /PR card and his recent bill / bank statement as a proof that he is currently living in Canada.

Scan everything and ask him to send everything by email to

 atip-aiprp   @   cic.gc.ca

Thanks
