How to open bank account in Canada, from outside canada.

Dear All

I am outside Canada & my status still RBV, but I want to open bank account in Canada while I am in my country "Yemen", then I will wire the money from my account in Yemen. My country is no more safe & it is near for a pan-civilan war. Do you know any way to open a bank account in Canada , from outside Canada?

contact nearest canadian Scotia bank or HSBC bank in your home country.. it's very easy with HSBC, I suggest you that open account after getting visa so, you have proof that you are going to canada and ask them to open account for Canada.
this will help to show your POF (as canadian bank statement) with HSBC once you deposit and get statement by bank. (opening bank account take atleast 1week in some countries).
