So many people have reported issues with the payment of their PR fees. Thanks to these threads, we'll make sure to only submit the payment once, regardless of the error we get, and see if the payment goes through the bank before trying again. But if there is a problem, how do we get the receipt to include with the application?

Once you "submitted" your payment, you can retrieve the receipt by going to https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ols/login.do?&app=epay&page=viewallreceipts&lang=en

Notice you're required to register both for making the payment and for retrieving receipts in the future.
