How to obtain police certificate

hello
guys i am looking for help from the experience and experts members
I left UAE before 8 years , now i need to obtain police clearance certificate
I lost my previous passport and i don't have any old record
so far UAE authorities requires copy of old residency and fingerprint
now my question is how can i obtain PCC ?

hi, we are on the same boat. did you manage to get one? i also lost my old passport with my old dubai visa, i dnt know if the police in uae will entertain the application
