how to notify visa office of a new job

I have received 2nd AOR from London Visa Office. Now I have changed my job at another employer on 25th August 2011. Now how to notify visa office about change?
Should the email to London visa office along with scanned copy of appointment letter will be suffice?
Or I must have to refill job history form page and send it to London Visa Office by postal mail?
Besides my job probation/confirmation will finish after around one month. Should I inform after probation period?

Send an e-mail to Visa office with the scanned copy of new job papers like employment contract etc. I would not worry about mentioning the probabtionary period as those details would be in your appointment letter
