how to maintane status

  my name is taskeen am in tetion please help me i came in canda may 2007 my orignal employer does not keep me then i go to an other employ he keep me 4 mounth then he layoff me then i try to get new job after one mounth i got new job then i start i told the new emply that in the end you have to extend my visa geting LMO they said you do work we will extend it in the end he layoff me that we cant do extend .my work history stop.my quest

my visa expire date  may 10,2008
i apply for extention march 5,2008

i got married july 12, 2008

august 12 cic refuse my visa because i have not LMO


my wife sposer me on 23 jully  still in process

cic saya untill your canda class spouse visa is in process you have to wait


please help me am in safe are not  my wife is pregnent now we are acepting baby in march april 2009


what should i do am raely in tention
any body tell me how am safe are not please help me

 it might be worth spending a small amount and consultiong an immigration lawyer-it is usually only 50-100$ and they would be able to give you a clear picture as to what you must do.good luck

2 days i got letter from cic they tarnsfer my application to local cic Edmonton office in which they write Edmonton cic office will contect
with you i want to now why they transfer my  file

time frame of EDMONTON CIC OFFICE  under inland spouse class
 we have expected baby in april ,may should i inform and how?
