How to Mail the application

Dear friends i wish some one will help with this
I have been asked to maill all my documents to the visa office here in Cairo
In the Cairo check list it is sai to place all the documents in a sealed envolpe the question is should i write my name and reference number issued by CIO or just write the mailing address of the embassy and that's it ?

write the mailing address of the embassy on the envelop and you can check the checklist and see the address given which should be

reference no ...am not sure...

but if you have been given a file number yes include it.
