I am living in Montreal, but I applied for PR to Toronto (Federal skilled workers)
I received the passport request; I am waiting the passport with PR VISA.
Where should I land, I will give an address for one of our relative in Toronto.
Where I can land. Nearest town to Montreal and in Ontario/USA boarder.

DO NOT land in Quebec or IO at PoE will take your COPR away from you and ask you to get an apartment/home lease in your name from Ontario. You should land in Ontario and provide an address in Ontario (or any address outside Quebec)
