I have sent new background forms and cover letter saying I didnt read the question carefully and missed filling up the information. The package will be in Buffalo tomorrow using priority FedEX.

Rupesh, your words are encouraging. I hope things turn out to be good. thanks...

Don't worry this is the best thing you have done to solve the problem am sure that they will understand the situation especially that your visitor and study visas were already approved not refused so nothing wrong with that on the contrary, when you show them that you have got visas to canada before, it will be for your advantage not against you to hide it.

Therefore, don't worry am sure that they will assume the good intention in your situation not the bad intention

Good luck  and waiting to hear the updated good news about your case

If You have send the corrections then you are fine. The most important thing is that you discovered your mistake not the officer so if l'm you l'll relax cause it will be great.

Well guys.. I have committed the same mistake while sending the application to Sydney...

I am thinking of sending them the updated page of the form, along with a cover letter. Will this solve my problem??

I think the turn around time (at sydney) for evaluating an application is quick. If they receive your update before the application, they won't have a way to connect your update to your application because nothing will be in the system. If they receive your application before your update, the turn around is quick that they probably won't open your update letter in time before making a decision. This is what I think but i dont know for sure. i'd like to see what other people think.

I am not an expert at Canadian Immigration. The CIC website is a great (if not the greatest) resource for Canadian Immigration. Also see http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/common-questions-t13225.0.html

RupeshHari,

I agree with your view, however even though the turnaround is quick it still takes 30 days so if the application has been sent 4-5 days back i think it might be a good idea to send a letter explaining the correction and the corrected form (fedex high priority courier if possible overnight delivery) might help.

This is what i would have done  but not sure where this member is located , although this must be tried.

Thanks,
