how to know if application sent is accepted or rejected..

I have sent them my application on jan 11 2012 and they received it on jan 17 2012 now what next..

please guide this guy

Stage-1: [CIO stage] Send Initial Apps+Processing Fees to CIO-NS > Qualitative Check > Issue of AOR+120 days Letter >

Stage-2: [CHC stage onwards] Send Full Docs+RPRF to the Local Visa Office > File on Queue > e-Cas: "Received by Visa Office" > Eligibility Check+PSDEC > Issue of 2nd AOR > Background Check > Issue of Additional docs Request [if any] > 1st BF'D > e-Cas: "In Process" > Send Addnl. Docs > Issue of Med Request > 2nd BF'D >

Stage-3: Meds Sent > e-Cas: "Medical Results Recd." > Issue of PPR* > Send Passport/s > Security Check > Visa/s Stamped > e-Cas: "Decision Made" >
*The Meds & PPR are sometimes 'clubbed' together.

Stage-4: Return of 'Stamped' Passport/s+COPR > Landing at the POE > e-Cas: "Completed".

The best way is to wait till the time they encash your draft or charge your credit card once they do the same that means your application is successfull at CIO stage.

They encash your draft .CHECK UR ACCOUNT REGULARLY.

The best way is to wait till the time they encash your draft or charge your credit card once they do the same that means your application is successfull at CIO stage.

Last year after DD encashment my application was rejected due to original reference letter from employer notprovided.Hence,DD encashment doen"t mean that your application is successful.DD encashment means that they will start processing your doc provided CAP not done at the time of processing your application.
Presnetly CIC is  encashing CC /DD of Dec-11 cases.

Yes they do in inital stage .

If ur file is transferred from  CIC to VO and after that rejection happened then no refunding of application fees.
