Dear All,

Greetings! I am a Pakistani resident but for my job I am living in the UAE at the moment. I want to get the PCC's from a couple of cities of Pakistan but I cannot visit Pakistan. Could someone tell me the procedure to get the PCC's from there without physically being present there?

Thanks in advance!

Did you read the instructions, probably not, since you require only 1 PCC from Pakistan.  See: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/asia-pacific/pakistan.asp

Thanks PMM, but previously I obtained the PCC's while I was there in Pakistan and as per their requirements I had to obtain the PCC's from both the cities where I resided for more than 6 months each as there was no centralized office from where we could get the PCC's from all the cities. Therefore, I had to get the PCC's individually from each city.

Thanks a bunch Edamonta for your reply! Actually, I couldn't get the PCC's back then and as per the rules effective at that time (I am a post June 25, 2010 applicant) I could apply without sending the PCC's so I applied without them. Now I need them. I think I should visit the consulate in the UAE and ask for the PCC's from them.
Thanks again!

@ A/Tahir

1. A PCC from any one city of Pakistan could do the job for u.
2. Besides, [I'm not sure of the Pakistan Consulate situation] PCCs can also be obtained from any overseas consulate of the homeland. With CONGENDIA-Dubai, it takes 1-2 weeks to have one. The last known charge for this service was Dhs.40.
