I m here in edmonton for almost 5 year on this april as a foreign worker and I got married 2009. I got my AINP last october ,and i m trying to get my wife here ,she apply twice for visit visa ,but got refused.
Does anyone have this kind of experience.?

thanks for replying, I have applied for PR including her.it will take some time so thinking of anther way of getting her her.

Probably "not sufficient significant ties to home country". 

Has she applied to visit since you've received AINP?  In any event, another application will probably be refused again unless you can prove more effectively that she WILL return to her home country after the visit.

I suspect you are correct on that.
I would like to see the numbers on refusal of a TRV when a spouse is in Canada, it seems to be a very common occurrence.

As an aside, I often wonder why prospective immigrants believe that if you marry a Canadian you are given special rights - like staying, and or working in Canada without permission.

Hahaha!  It's called the rumour mill and it's the fricken' bain of my existince within some communities I deal with!!!  I can pull out the Act, Regs, Manuals, websites and STILL have them not believe me because "my friend told me" or "I read somewhere (but they can't remember where)"......  In the meantime, I'm smacking my head against the wall repeatedly because it hurts less than hearing this again and again and again and again.
