How to get sealed transcripts from karachi university????

Hi Members
I would like Pakistani members to guide me about the procedure of getting transcripts in a university sealed envelope? what is the fee? and what does transcripts include? if some one has done 2 years bachelors then year 1 and year 2 mark sheet separately? or just a one combine?
