Dear Friends,
I saw the cic website where its written that we need to contact nearest russian consular in india to get pcc from russia. My nearest russian consulate is in Chennai. So, do i have to go to chennai to collect the form and what about finger prints where can i do that in Bangalore? Can any body in brief explain the procedures involved in getting PCC from Russia. I have also heard that Russia' dont give pcc in English, which means i have to get it translated into english. where can i find the translator in bangalore who is authorized?   Shocked
Please anybody reply at  your earliest!

HI!!

I've got my PCC in English from Russian consulate in China. I didn't have to do finger prints, just had to fill out a form -declaration they gave me in person, pay the fee and wait for about one month or so. (consulate told me that sometimes it can take up to 6 months). when filling out the form make sure to ask them to provide PCC in English! so was no need to find an authorized translator as well!
so my advice is - just get in touch with them and ask for the requirements to clear your doubts.
