I am working as a live in caregiver with a valid working permit. i have multiple entry visa..I am planning to go to the Philippines beacuse of emergency problem...I want to get a re entry visa in coming back here in Canada but I dont know how to process.. i want to know the requirements and where to file it.Pls. help me .. plss asappp.. thank you ver muchhh

I got my re-entry visa from Buffalo on Feb 14th, I sent my application on Feb 1st, they received it on Feb 4th. So it will take one week processing time to get the visa. Good luck.

Mar 1, 2011 started processing my case
Dec 19,2011 received OWP.

I'm a spouse of an international student and I came to Canada as a visitor(single entry). I applied for work permit because there is a category to apply worker inside Canada as a spouse of an international graduate student. After I get the work permit,how do I get a multiple entry?Which form do I need to fill and could you inform me which web site do I need to refer

Hi there ,
I am a live-in caregiver,and my bother is getting married in March , my employer allowed me to take my 2 week vacation in advance , so that I have booked a flight to China for Mar 7th, but I just realized my visa expired in Feburary, last year when I went back to China for my vacation, I didn't do anything about my re-entering back to Canada because I have multiple entry visa , so I forgot the expiry date when I booked the flight last week. I have valid work permit till Dec 29th ,2011.
I was told it usually takes about one month to get the re-entry visa in Seattle, but I am leaving in 6 days!
My question is , I have to submit my application outside Canada , Can I go back to China and apply for my re -entry visa there ?

Yes. you have to get the new re-entry visa before you leave Canada. You should try Buffalo this time if you are living in Toronto now, it only takes one or two weeks to get it. You can check all the detailed information about Buffalo above provided . Good luck!

hi.as far as i know no need ka ng mag apply for re entry coz u already have a multiple visa.but to make it sure mag tanong ka din sa immigrtion officer. |
