what if I just land & go back to US within the same day... and put my friend's address for my PR card delivery. Do i need to have my PR card before i can re enter canada?!? how will I get the card fr my friend..will my friend mail it to me?!?

Your friend can courier it to you by FedEx or UPS ( or any other reliable courier).You need PR Card to re-enter Canada.
