I have a plot in Multan in Pakistan for investment point of view. I want to send its valuation report to visa office. How to get a propery valuation? Is it done by property dealers?

I am not confirmed but I think that VO do not consider property. They consider only liquid assets like Cash, Shares, Saving Certificates etc Seniors may advise u better. Faisal |

Hi Canada,
Property is indeed accepted as proof of fund. You can do valuation of your property through valuation agencies who are usually architects and engineeirng firms, not property dealers as suggested by some other members. You can easily find these commercial valuators in almost every major city in Pakistan.

Go to any notary within your area. You'll declare and he will verify and notarize your claim of the value. This will do.

mis, its surely not. many fool Indian, Pakis, Bangladeshis have sent them arbitrarily and now many Immig Officers are asking for it or devaluing the applicant's financial power if thats not provided.
When youre asked for a Taxi, dont bring them a Bus !

Its not complementary, its supplementary.
PoF as per the CIC guidelines must be met. Property evaluation cant fulfill the gap of PoF.

Hi,
I already had sent an email to LONDON visa office for property acceptance from Pakistan. They replied that property with paying all mortgage is accepted.
What else I should do to verify from them?
