How to get permanent job from outside canada in canada

Hi i am a 51 year old Doctor from Bangladesh.I am currently working in Saudi Arabia as a doctor in ksa military.I worked in saudi for about 9 years and 10 years in bangladesh.I want to get a PR in canada but need a job in there to get the 10 points for federal skilled worker.So how can i get a job in canada from outside?Please help.

Can you please write the breakdown of your points ,I dont think one needs a job offer(AEO) in order to get 67 points if he/she has

1)Atleast 14 years of education
2)Atleast 4 years of experience
3)Age 21-49 (as you are 51 you might loose some points for age)
4)Have got a good score of IELTS i.e. 16 points.

Actually getting a job in canada from outside Canada is very very difficult especially for a doctor.
Please share your points in detail so that any opinion could be made.If your spouse is also a professional she could also qualify as a principal applicant.
