Dear,

Pl. guide: i don't have passport- applied for it. i need PCC from Delhi..
What to do & how to do. which office will give this document- i.e- passport office or local police station ? How long will they take for this. what documents are required to get PCC.

Pl. advise..

BTW jassin, I'm not sure how long the Indian passport process takes, but you will definitely need it before you send in your initial application.

That's right. You will definitely need to have a passport, before sending your initial application as you cannot leave the passport no: column blank
