Today I have received request for Medicals and Submitting PCC from KSA for me and my spouse.
I have read at CIC site that I need to present an introductory letter/form at Ministry Of foreign affairs in order to get the PCC.CHC London did not send me any introductory letter/form ,they have only send me a letter for requesting medicals,PCC ,RPRF etc and medical forms.I need to ask from where I could get this form .Does Canadian embassy in riyadh issues that form.PLz advise.My visa office is London.

You have to present letters in Arabic from Canadian Embassy Riyadh to Ministry of Foreign Affais,KSA, requesting to issue PCCs for you and wife seperately. If you e -mail, there is no assurance that you will get the letters from Embassy within the reasonable time. So I suggest you to visit the Canadian Embassy Riyadh early in the morning, before 9.00 am, and make your request personally showing the letter from CHC London. They will issue the letters within a hour or so. Then both you and wife can proceed to MFA office in Nassariyah ( 15 minutes from Canadian Embassy by Car).If you don't know the location, tell the taxi drivers. Both should keep the original Iqamas with you and pay around SR 60/- per head. Within 30 minutes you coul get out of the MFA with the approval for PCC. If you finished this procedure before 2 PM you should straight away go to the Police Office ( few years before it was Near Dhierrah, but there can be at any other locations too. ) where the finger printing is done. My memory is that they will close the office before the prayer time around 245 PM or 3 PM. You will get the PCC within a week which need to be translated to English.
