How to get nominated by Ontario govt under PNP?

Hi All,

Though I am not new this forum, I am new this Provincial Nominee Program section. I am a temporary foreign worker, working here for the last 2 and half years and would like to apply for immigration. I have already applied under CEC class but my application got refused as I couldn't provide a letter from my employer stating my duties, no of hrs etc. ( though I have provided some supporting documents, they haven't considered them, my bad). Some body suggested me to look into this class to. However, not sure what to do and how to proceed. I would appreciate if you provide the information necessary to understand this PNP.

If you're interested in Ontario, you'll need to find an employer first (your employer will drive the nomination process). More details are here:

If your employer didn't help you the 1st time around, he probably wont drive your PNP. In Ontario PNP can be very expensive and not many employers like to be interviewed by the provincial Government.

My suggestions would be to either move to a different Province like Alberta, Sask, BC. The rules are very flexible here. Or find a new employer that will assist you in applying for immigration.

You could also have a candid conversation with your current employer and request the missing documents and reapply under CEC.
