How to get NOC and am I eligibal or not

helo guys,

i want to immigrate to canada under AINP employer Driven Stream. Before Applying i want to know am i eligibal for it or not.

I have 4 years Bchelors degree in Business Administration and have 2 years of work experience as a accountant in pakistan. i want to know that how and where to get the NOC and what documents are required for this.

what do you think this occuption comes in 38 highly demanded occuptions or not.
