how can you get AEO which i believed to be a big factor for a PNP application? I'm qualified as a skilled worker. a mental health worker that is.

Job ads in internet, online newspapers, contacting companies directly but it's not easy.

AEO=arranged employment offer - LMO=labour market opinion
CEC=Canadian experience class - PNP=provincial nominee program

I understand that it would not be easy, but your response has certainly given me some direction like Online newspapers didn't stuck me.

Be warned - a lot of employers post here only because the are required to advertise.  In many cases, the employer already has the successful candidate.
