HI, I LIVE IN TIJUANA, MEXICO... RIGHT OVER THE BORDER FROM SAN DIEGO CA. I HAVE A SON THAT IS 1 1/2 YEARS OLD AND NEEDS BETTER MEDICAL ASSISTANCE.... WE DO NOT HAVE A GREAT MEDICAL SERVICE IN MEXICO AND I WAS THINKING THAT WE WOULD BE BETTER IN CANADA. ALL I WANT IS A BETTER LIFE FOR MY SON. 

MY QUESTION IS:  WHAT WOULD I NEED TO DO TO GET A WORK VISA AND BRING MY FAMILY TO CANADA.

PLEASE HELP.....

A work visa will not help you bring your family to Canada.

You would need to immigrate to get the kind of medical assistance you're talking about.

Take the online assessment to see if you qualify as a skilled worker.
