hello friends

during my flight to toronto,,i have a stay at LONDON for 13 hours,,,please tell me how can i get the transit visa o that i can visit london in the mean time?

You need a tourist visa if you want to go out of the airport.

dear that is the whole point of my question,,,that visa is called the TRANSIT VISA

No no transit visa means you need it if you are in transit and you will not be going out of the airport. For people holding Canadian PRR don't need any transit visa for UK if they don't wana go out of the airport but if you want to visit city of London and want to go out of the airport you need a visit or tourist visa.
