How to get a skilled worker program visa

Hi Pals...

I am interested working here in Canada... I am an active military man and have serve the military service for almost 20 years. I am a  also a teacher by profession. I would like to ask a favor from our very worshipful sirs to give some advise for me to be able to find a job here preferably security officer or any position that will sufficed with my educational attainment and military experience  after my retirement next year...SMIB Jobelo...
