please can somebody explain how it works :  to start the immigration process I need to find the job offer , but all employers I've sent my resume  aks for valid work permission in Canada . How can I get the work permission before getting job if I need to have a job to get the work permit ?  Shocked

Not necessary. If you have work experience in your home country or any other country where you lived,  and if you meet all other requirements satisfactorily as per CIC rules, you can apply for Skilled Worker category, instead of work permit. In that case you don't need Canadian work experience. So, try to understand the rules and make a self assessment to ensure you qualify to apply:
