As many people have previously posted on the forums -- it's very challenging to find work when you're here for a short period of time - but of course there is no harm in beginning the process.
Other sites I would highly recommend are:
www.eluta.cawww.indeed.cawww.monster.cawhere you can set up your resume on these sites (make sure your resume is geared for the Canadian market!! -- see careego.com for Canadian style samples ) and then also set up job posting alerts on sites so you will automatically get emails of relevant jobs.
Also remember what you may call a certain role/position in your country may be different in Canada - so do your research and find out what roles/titles you should be searching for and listing in your alerts.
