Good day everyone!

I'm relatively new here. 27 year old Registered Nurse from the Philippines

I joined hoping to get some information and keep myself from getting depressed with what happened recently. (Freezing of FSW application submission)

I talked to my agent and she says that arranged employment isn't blocked yet.

Unfortunately, they didn't say if they'd help me FIND an employer.

Right now a relative is offering to help me get an employer through Helping House (helpinghouse.ca)

Initially the work will be "live-in caregiver" with a monthly salary of 1,000 and free board and lodging weekdays. On weekends I'll be staying with them.

However, I'd like to know if that job would fit the category "arranged employment".

Also, can I apply for an immigrant visa with that kind of arrangement? Or will it be a temporary worker application?

Thank you very much!

arranged employment would mean a full time job offer that would require you at least 35 hr/week. and your employer would prove his net worth.
