Hi guys,
May I know how to fill out Additional Family Information Form? I am married, so should I and my wife fill it out separately or should I mention her family info along with my family info in the same form? I looked at the instructions and it is not very clear.

Please help!

Thanks.
Paul

Yes, separately. One for you with your parents etc. and one for your wife (she goes under applicant there ) with her parents, siblings...
I think the instructions are clear at least on this "for you, your spouse and dependent children above 18"

You are welcome Paulh. Good luck with your application.

p.s. Now I'm confused. You already sent your app. Was it just to verify that you were right or they asked you to update it?

Thalia,
I am in process of including my wife as part of app. I had applied before as single and I got married recently. I have already sent them updated docs. Some forms were missed out, like, additional fam info form. So, as soon as I am finding out these loopholes in my app, I am trying to fix it asap.

Thanks so much for your help.

Regards,
Paul
