How to extend visa while work permit still valid?

Hi

My work permit in Canada is valid till 2013 but my visa is getting expired in next two months. Can someone please guide which application form to fill to apply for the multiple-entry visa? The one I know (after searching these forums) is for those who are outside Canada. Is there any guide specifically for work permit holders or relevant to them?

Send your application for the TRV to the US (usually, Buffalo or Seattle).

If you are in Canada with a temporary work permit and need to apply for a TEMPORARY RESIDENT VISA to travel abroad, please provide:

    A photocopy of your current permit and
