How to date application for Visa Office

Greeting guys.
I have my PR application package ready to be sent to the Buffalo Visa Office. The only thing left is to date the forms, and I'm not a 100% sure, what date should I put into the forms? The current date or the date I've sent my application to CIO Sydney (that was a couple months ago).
