does anyone know how to convert ur visa to multiple entry visa,
i Can't find the exact form to fill in,can somebody please post a direct link to the that visa form...

See: http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/buffalo/imm/visa_temp.aspx?lang=eng   You then check off multiple entry on the IMM 5257
