Hello everyone, I haven't gotten a replay regarding my temporary entry visa yet (~30days), I need it before the 15th of AUG.

I need to contact them and see whats going on. Does anyone know a phone number or email that they can actually respond to?

The only way to communicate with them is to send them email,they are not entertaing phone calls.my friend's re entry visa was released 45days. he applied last may 2011.

That's frighting! was it 45 working days? I hope not. They received it at the 28th of June, any speculation when will I get it? cause i need to leave at the 15th of August.  Sad

I sent mine on the 12 th of September and I never got anything back untill today
