How to communicate the new family additions

Hi All,
We are in the process of gathering our documents which needs to b sent to canadian high comission New Delhi. Next week we will be blessed with the baby. Please tell me how we need to proceed further.
How to inform CHC new delhi regarding the family addition
When to send the 150 dollar fee ( Baby fee)

In the section for family include the baby's details, then write a note explaining the reason for the addition.
You should include the fee ($150) along with the application when submitting.

Thanks Barsindu for your reply. I dont need to write a separate letter immediately after the birth of the baby to CHC.
