Hi Guys

Recently there is a lot of changes in rules for PR to Canada which were effective from June 26, 2010.But my application which was ALMOST REJECTED by stating the status DECISION MADE with out call for Medicals,was supposed to be submitted means my deadline was on June 9,2010.

But my consultant said that ur application has been rejected based on the new rules....so guys can any one help me out by letting me know how to check whether my application has been submitted on o before deadline.

Brother! Just track down courier service record, when it was delivered! usually ,and almost atleast what i have seen is the courier delivery (tracking) info. matches the response of CHC/VO.
                  cheer up! if it is like that ,hope it would be blessing in disguise! Smiley

If your application is submitted before 26 jun they can't reject it.My NOC code is out of list but doc. submitted  in may and yesterday I got MR.

WELL, YOU CAN CHECK WITH YOUR COURIER ..THERE YOU WILL SEE ALSO WHO RECEIVED YOUR APPLICATION

Hi Saichandra:  I am not sure I fully understand your question.  Are you saying you had to submit your FULL DOCUMENTS to the VO by June 9 and you are not sure if the consultant got them in on time.  It sounds as if you think the consultant is using the change in rules to cover his late submission.  You want to know how to verify whether or not your package was received by June 9th.  As previously advised, ask your consultant for the tracking number and follow it up.  Let us know how you got on.  Good Luck.
