How to check online status

Hi someone please guide me about checking online status
Email in which I recived from first AOR it contain
one is UCI

which is continue 8 digit number no space

like 12345678

and other is application number which start from E
and it contain 9 numeric like this

E123456789


I have put N / A in surname field to my application to CIO

what should I do when click on this

what shoule be identification type client id number
or select immigration file number

and what to put in surname field

Use immigration file number.

Use the surname as you filled in the submitted application.

i am unable to check my status, i have put N / A IN surname
some of other whom we apply together can check their
status by I can't

Rehaan, how come you don't have a surname. You need to put your family name, the one that you provided in all immigration forms you submitted..

Am i getting your question wrong?

I dont use surname I just use given name same as passport and I mentioned N/A in my all immigration
form I think this is the form for which I cant check my status

Well, it's strange. Then, you need not to type anything in the surname and see.

If it doesn't work, then, send specific case inquiry to your VO for help.

In the immigration file place put E052........
nEXT NAME          SHANKAR SHETTY .
pUT THE SAME NAME U FILLED IN .
It will work.
If it does not try Shetty shankar.
If if still does not show up close for the day and go to sleep.
