How to change the credit card for fee?

Hi All,

I had applied document for Quebec - Permanent Workers program immigration three month ago.
I had attached my credit card details in order to pay all fee for opening case.
However several days ago I had lost my credit card and I had been forced to cancel my credit card,so whether is there any way to change the credit card details as soon as possible and how can I announce about it to the canadian Authorities?

Did you check your account to see if they have charged your credit card for the fee already? If not write a letter and submit your new credit info, ASAP.
