How to calculate my number of years experience

Hi All

I have my an old question again, but I am not clear with it:

I worked full-time for a company from 11 Sep 2006 to 15 August 2008 for 40 hours a week. How can I calculate my number of years of work experience. I read and there is a formula:

= number of weeks * 40 / 1950.

But how to calculate my number of weeks ?

As this calculation, I have more than two years from the time 11 Sep 2006 to 15 August 2008. Does it what the visa officer calculates?
