Actually, not 38 but 29 NOC is currently in the list. I think the list is not to fast track the application but to limit the number, so that the CIO will be able to work on that including the ones in their backlog. Well, thats good, so once they open the list again then you will be able to send their applications immediately and processed faster. But, for the meantime try looking up at the PNP (Provincial Nominee Program), coz if youre able to land them a nomination from any province then you dont have to wait for the next MI. Another thing is sometimes the NOC that is present now may not be included in the next list. That can happen, coz my wifes NOC was included before and now its not. That is why I am current principal applicant.
